Requirements to Purchase Foundation Seed
All University of Nebraska germplasm requires a license agreement before purchasing seed. NUtech Ventures, the University’s nonprofit technology commercialization affiliate, protects and licenses the University’s intellectual property, including crop varieties developed by UNL breeding programs.
