All ARD Scientists are expected to strengthen their research program(s) by seeking external funding support. ARD Scientists obtain funding from a wide variety of sources, including NSF, NIH, DOE, EPA, USDA, other Universities/Institutes, corporations, foundations, and gifts.
New NSF Funding Requirements:
The Office of Research and Economic Development hosted two sessions to help UNL applicants become familiar with changes in the National Science Foundation’s new Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide focusing on the Grant Proposal Guide. These new procedures will apply to all NSF proposals submitted on or after January 14, 2013. Below is the link to the powerpoint that was developed for these sessions.
